Aimee has over ten years senior management and leadership experience in leading teams. She has always had a passion for personal development and coaching individuals and teams in the workplace. After witnessing the positive results and empowering change coaching has had on individuals, including herself, Aimee made the decision to launch Ganbaru Coaching in order to share her expertise with her clients and assist them in reaching their goals. Aimee holds a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching, Advance Certificate in Teams Coaching and is a qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.

Ganbaru Coaching is based in Dublin, Ireland and works with clients throughout Ireland and Internationally.
