But life happened. Plans shifted. Some things flourished. Others fell away.

Maybe in January you created a vision board or set goals — or maybe you didn’t, and the year swept you up before you had the chance.

Either way, this is your moment.

A sacred pause to reconnect with what matters, revisit your vision, or create one now with fresh insight and intention.

This is the in-between.
A space to step out of the noise and back into alignment — to honour what’s been, gently release what no longer serves, and recalibrate your path forward.

Timed just after the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, this workshop invites you to embrace the stillness of this natural turning point — when the light is at its peak and we’re invited to reflect before we move forward again.

A gentle heart-opening practice to ground, soften, and set the tone. Bring ceremonial cacao or a favourite warm drink and settle into presence.

Tune inward and reflect on the year so far. What have you lived, learned, let go of?

📝 Journaling Prompts & Inner Inquiry
With guided questions to help you process and extract insight from the first six months of 2025.

🎨 Vision Board Creation
Using digital tools or hands-on materials, you’ll create a visual map for the rest of your year — grounded in alignment, clarity, and authentic desire.

🗓 Intention & Planning Session
Turn vision into practice with simple, purposeful steps for July–December. Walk away with clarity and a sense of direction.

💬 Optional Sharing & Closing Circle
Be witnessed in your reflection if you wish, and integrate your insights in gentle community.

Known as the “bliss molecule”, the word “Ananda” is sanskrit and means happiness. It is a cannaboid naturally produced in our bodies and improves our mood when attached to neurotransmitters with similar therapeutic effects of THC.

Natural antioxidants which protect us from disease. Cacao contains 40 times more antioxidants than blueberries.

Cacao is the highest plant-based source of iron known to man, at an unbelievable 7.3mg per 100g. Compare to beef and lamb at 2.5mg, and spinach at 3.6mg.

Promotes the release of dopamine bringing about feelings of arousal; with cognitive enhancement properties it improves our focus and concentration. Similar to caffeine in its mood enhancing effects, it is longer lasting (up to 7.5 hours) and much milder – it will not cause the jitters like coffee does.

Regulates muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure, increasing the flow of healing oxygen to our organs and tissues, assisting us with balanced energy, healthy sleeping patterns and general well being.

Cacao has more calcium than cow’s milk, at 160mg per 100g vs only 125mg per 100ml of milk.

A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred meditation space that will help you get out of your head and into your heart. Cacao will open your heart and help you love yourself exactly where you are.

A ceremony is a place of healing, acceptance, self love and connection. The ceremony will give you the opportunity to go within to receive guidance and clarity. You will be able to release what no longer serves you and invite in your intentions.

Ceremonial doses of Cacao can have adverse side effects on some people. If any of the below applies to you, know that is still completely safe for you but you will need to start at a lower dose.

 

ANTI-DEPRESSANTS

The MAOIs in cacao can interact with some anti-depressant medication so ask your doctor if it’s ok for you. It’s not dangerous, just unpleasant as it can create a migraine. Let me know if you’re taking any mood altering medication as I may need to alter your dose, but you can absolutely still join. In general it will only effect those on a high dose or mixture of medications, and all should be fine on a slightly lowered dose of Cacao.

 

PREGNANCY/BREASTFEEDING

Cacao is safe and really good for developing babies but your dose may need to be lowered, depending on the stage so let me know if that applies to you.

 

HEART CONDITIONS

Cacao increases your heart rate 20-30% so if this would be a problem for you let me know and I will alter your dose. It’s an amazing heart medicine but you may need to start slower with it.
